Tangled.
I wanted to create a piece involving two women in a dark setting in the likes of a boudoir environment or cabaret using a pink-red-purple color scheme. I wanted to work with different textures, smooth, shiny, reflective, matte, even grainy which gives a certain depth and quality to the illustration. I also wanted to make the cuffs super big which creates a more illustrative approach and less of hyper realistic drawing.
