Hydrium COSRX
COSRX is a famous Korean skincare and cosmetics brand. They asked me to create a series of illustrations for their new Hydrium range. I approached the design with a Californian spirit, representing the sweet and soft all year round summer of Southern California with pop pastel colors and scenery. I used cacti and palmtrees in the minimal environment playing with perspective and perception for a slight surreal effect. I also added some water textures and reflections in the scene, in a mirror or within the shadow of the products to convey freshness of the Hydrium products. I started the illustrations by sketching my ideas in Procreate on my iPad and turned to Photoshop and Illustrator for final artwork.
